ABOUT ME

Shoshana Seidenfeld, Founder & Lead Career Coach at SBS Coaching

Hi everyone! My name is Shoshana, and I am the Founder of SBS Coaching! I am also a Product Manager, past-consultant, a proud UCLA MBA alumna, a wife, sister, and obsessive dog-mom. I started SBS Coaching out of my passion for empowering others to succeed and reach their goals. My goal as a career coach is to give you all the tools, resources, and guidance you need to accelerate your careers, get your dream jobs, and have fun doing it! Making career changes and pursuing your goals can be overwhelming and stressful, but it doesn't have to be. Through working with SBS Coaching, not only will you refine your job-search skills and impress recruiters on paper, but you will level-up your professional presence and develop the confidence, motivation, and soft skills to crush your interviews and own your professional narrative.

When not working on SBS Coaching, I am a full-time Product Manager at GoodRx, a health-tech company in LA, and am a group product management career coach at the Product School, the top global institution for product management education. Prior to GoodRx, I worked in management consulting at Accenture for a number of years, and then pursued my MBA at UCLA Anderson with a focus in Product Management and Technology Leadership. During my time at Anderson, I led the school through the COVID-19 pandemic as Student Body President, improved our technology programming as an Easton Technology Fellow, and helped with MBA Admissions as a Student Interviewer.  I also spent HUNDREDS of hours on internship and job recruiting- from networking and LinkedIn outreach to editing resumes, writing cover letters, preparing for interviews, building a personal brand, presenting case studies, and completing three MBA internships. All of these experiences have given me unique insights and abilities to guide others through their own career journeys.

Beyond my business and career, I am an extroverted, empathetic, and slightly goal-obsessed young professional that is inspired by interesting people, beautiful places, and challenging problems that need solving. I love working with others towards a shared vision and finding ways to improve the lives of the people around me. I can't wait to meet you all and help you on your journey towards career growth, happiness, and success!
